Application Scope of Sulphoaluminate Gelling Agent 

At present, the main applications of this product are self-leveling mortar, carving mortar, grindstone mortar, high-strength repair materials, high-strength non-shrinkage grouting materials, grouting reinforcement materials, waterproof plugging materials, GRC and UHPC products.

1. Floor mortar, such as cement-based self-leveling mortar. It can perfectly solve the problems of size change and adhesion of cement-based self-leveling mortar with base concrete.

2. Grinding stone mortar and carving mortar, Belite sulphoaluminate gelling agent has the advantages of early strength, fast hardening, low shrinkage, corrosion resistance, etc., which can perfectly solve the shrinkage problem of grinding stone mortar in application and early strength and corrosion resistance in carving mortar application.

3. Airport runway and highway rapid repair mortar, which reaches the normal use standard in two hours. The road concrete prepared by Belite sulphoaluminate gelling material and early strength agent does not require special maintenance. At the same time, the gelling material has the properties of strong adhesion, high fluidity, rapid curing, micro-expansion, etc., which can effectively prevent concrete shrinkage, and the high anti-permeability can prevent surface water from infiltrating and damaging the road base. Therefore, the material is an ideal base material for road repair, grouting reinforcement, wind turbine base grouting, bridge bearing grouting and other projects.

4. Other civil engineering projects that require early setting and early strength can all be met. sulphoaluminate cementitious materials are widely used in special engineering fields due to their excellent properties such as high early strength, strong anti-permeability, good freeze-thaw resistance, corrosion resistance, short setting time, low alkalinity and low free expansion rate.

 

Usage and Precautions for Sulphoaluminate Gelling Agent 

During the preparation process, the product must be used in accordance with the factory quality test report or after re-testing.
